At Every Needs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible returnable product, we are here to help.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included with the order.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or replacements may be approved if:

The product arrives physically damaged.

✓ Wrong Product Received

The delivered item differs from the product ordered.

✓ Defective Product

The product has a manufacturing defect or is not functioning as intended upon arrival.

✓ Missing Parts or Accessories

Required components or accessories are missing from the package.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof when requested.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product no longer needed.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.
  • Minor color, design, or packaging variations.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement request:

Step 1

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2

Send the following details via WhatsApp or Email:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or video of the product

Step 3

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Every Needs will bear the return shipping cost.


If the return is requested for any customer-related reason where a return is exceptionally approved:

The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping fees originally paid (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


6. Replacement Process

Once the returned product passes inspection:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched, subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Replacement processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product is received (where applicable), and
  • Inspection confirms eligibility under this policy.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.


Online Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since no online payment was made, approved refunds will be issued via:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other mutually agreed methods

Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.


8. Return Request Rejection

Every Needs reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The claim is found to be false or misleading.
  • Proof of damage or defect cannot be provided.
  • The product has been used improperly.
  • The product is returned in a condition different from when delivered.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible and will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
